This section provides guides for using other features of DJAZ, such as splash pages, project organization, custom domains, and email signatures.

6.1. Splash Pages

Splash pages are intermediary pages with countdowns or promotions that appear before redirecting users to a destination URL.

Creating Splash Pages.

This guide explains how to create splash pages in DJAZ.

Introduction:

Splash pages are excellent for announcing promotions, gathering email sign-ups, or creating a sense of anticipation before redirecting users to the main content.

Steps:

Navigate to the Splash Pages Section:

From your DJAZ dashboard, click on Splash Pages in the left-hand menu.

Click the "Create Splash Page" Button:

Locate and click the button or option labeled Create Splash Page.

Enter the Required Information:

Name: Give your splash page a descriptive name.

Title: Enter the title that will be displayed on the splash page.

Description: Provide a brief description or message for the splash page.

Destination URL: Enter the URL you want users to be redirected to after the splash page is displayed.

Countdown Timer (Optional): Set a countdown timer for the splash page.

Customize Additional Option

Logo Image: A way to brand a logo

Auto redirect: Time duration for automatic redirection.

Create the page

After customizing the page click the Create button

Tips:

Use a clear and compelling title and description to grab users' attention.

Consider adding a countdown timer to create a sense of urgency.

Ensure the destination URL is relevant to the content of the splash page.

Steps:

Navigate to any resource page

From your DJAZ dashboard, navigate to any page, such as QR codes, static sites or something else.

If you have not created any projects yet press Create project

Associate Resources with a Project:

When creating a new links, QR code or sites, there will be a project field in the creation form, in order to associate to one.

Tips:

Use projects to group resources related to specific campaigns, clients, or topics.

Choose project names that are clear and descriptive.

Add a color to the project to have a more visual way of viewing.

6.3. Custom Domains

This guide explains how to connect your own custom domain to DJAZ.

Introduction:

Using a custom domain enhances your branding and provides a more professional look for your shortened links and bio pages.

Steps:

Navigate to the Custom Domains Section:

From your DJAZ dashboard, click on Custom Domains in the left-hand menu.

Enter Your Domain or Subdomain:

Enter the domain or subdomain you want to connect (e.g., yourdomain.com or links.yourdomain.com).

A DNS record is needed to bind domain

Set up your DNS records with the details that are provided.

Click the Create Button:

Click the Create button to initiate the connection process.

Tips:

It may take some time for DNS changes to propagate across the internet.

If you are having trouble connecting your domain, consult your domain registrar's documentation or contact their support team.

This guide explains how to create professional email signatures using DJAZ.

Steps:

Navigate to the Signatures Section:

From your DJAZ dashboard, click on Signatures in the left-hand menu.

Name your Signature

Title the signature as well

Select a template

Change the template or change text.

Customize

Customize all necessary settings.

Generate the page

It will now generate a unique short link to send to share.

Tips:

Keep your email signature concise and professional.

Use a high-quality headshot or logo.
